The McDonald’s team values customer input immensely, which is why we invite you to provide detailed feedback using the My Macca’s Review app.
The My Macca’s Review app allows you to comprehensively rate your visit, from restaurant cleanliness to the quality of both the service and the food and drink. The survey is brief and user-friendly.
Survey responses are meticulously reviewed and shared with the relevant parties to ensure that your feedback is acted upon promptly within the restaurant.
The My Macca’s Review incorporates various survey question types, such as rating scales, multiple-choice queries, and opportunities for you to provide additional details about your experience in freeform text. Upon completing the survey, a token of appreciation is extended, available for redemption with a purchase. Please note that one survey submission per day is permitted.
Customers also have the option to create a personal profile within the app if desired.
